All orders placed on The Link Org are processed within 1–2 working days after successful order confirmation and payment authorization.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
The Link Org reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to:

Tracking Information
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability at the delivery address.

The Link Org operates under a strict Exchange-Only Policy.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

Size does not fit (size exchange only)

Manufacturing defect confirmed upon inspection
Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours from delivery confirmation will not be entertained.
Exchange Request Procedure

The Link Org reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification.
Exchange Conditions

No signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alterations
Exchange is permitted only once per order.
